I think Ivan was nervous/scared because he had never been around gorillas since he was
a baby so he might have thought that he wouldn't have been aloud into in the troop?

I think the other gorillas think Ivan is a bit of a weirdo because he eats marshmallows and does art?

there are downsides for both for example if you were very lucky you could accidentally like
wish for someone to die and since your so lucky it might happen even if it was a accident & if you
were very smart because people might like go to you with all their questions and it might get annoying.

But they do have their upsides, being smart could get you a good job and being lucky could get you many things in life.

I'd probably choose smart, what would you pick and why?

I think it is possible for animals and humans to be able to understand each other, because say dogs, dogs feed off human emotion
for example if you are stressed about something your dog will start getting stressed- but we are not talking about dogs right now.
Another example is that people can see emotions in almost any animals movement or eyes and so the same might apply for animals?

I think Julia understood first because she is a kid and has a better imagination, and as described in the book she hangs by Ivan's cage everyday.

Would you rather…? Ponder 8

Greetings fellow bloggers!

I would rather be the worst in a team that always wins because I could always get better
and with a good team I would be able to learn faster.

Why I wouldn't be the best on a team that always loses is because I might not even
be that good fr example, since my team is bad that might mean that I am only a bit better.

I would think Ivan should have been raised in a more Gorilla-ish way instead as he might
not remember how to be a a proper Gorilla over time (yes I do know Ivan does remember but it could be possible)

For the second question, uh that would be a tragedy, the would probably act like a gorilla but then well lets just say TARZAN.

This is today’s would your rather! (see below)

I don't think it would be too good being either but if I had to pick probably a bug?

"Why not a whale?" you may wonder well it's quite simple actually, being the size of a whale wouldn't be quite er how do I put it helpful.

Some more reasons are Being the size of a whale would probably make you sounds very ssssslllloooowwwww
(if you understand what I mean by that.
It also wouldn't be to "Helpful" as you would not be aloud inside buildings because of your height?

Being small as a ant or maybe a bee wouldn't be helpful because you might just get squashed on accident.
And people might not be able to hear you because your so low to the ground!

What are your opinions?

Greetings fellow bloggers!

In this blog post I will be giving my opinion on the questions below.

I do think Ivan does remember his past as he remembered when he was in the truck with tag
and when he was in the house with Mac
he also remembered the nests and the sounds his dad made,
he remembered his name (Mud) and remembered how he got that name.
In total he remembered a lot of his childhood but just didn't talk about it to Ruby as it might have been sad to remember.
Why would Ivan want to forget? Well I think its because he wouldn't have wanted to live his whole life wanting to be back in the forest
because when he saw how depressed Tag looked when she finally gave up wanting to be back at the forest/jungle.
Imagine you had been taken from your family and home wouldn't you get quite emotional and sad when talking about your past with your family?
Or just thinking of the past?
He would probably be quite depressed if he continued to think about it and that wouldn't be good as then he would be sad for like the rest of his life.
What are your thoughts on these questions?

Today’s ponder is would you rather a robot or jet-pack?

I would rather want a jet-pack because I like the idea of flying everywhere without using a plane or helicopter.
Another reason would be that if something urgent was happening you cold get there faster.
But I would also NOT want a jet-pack because you might be using a bad type of petrol that may lead to climate change happening faster or polluting the air that people breath.
Or if your jet-pack broke down in the middle of the air you might die from the fall.
You might be wondering why I wouldn't want a robot is well
there are quite a few movies of when robots take over the world so...
but in all seriousness if your robot did malfunction it might accidentally harm you or break stuff, another reason is if you got a robot and made it do everything for you
(not saying that this apply's to everyone) then you might get lazy and start declining your own body's needs aka if you got a robot to get snack for you,
you might start getting lazy causing you to probably stop getting around and moving which could cause death,
again not saying this on behalf for everyone but just think about it.

Greetings fellow bloggers!

I wouldn't want either.

REASONS NOT TO GET OR HAVE A UNDERWATER CAR:

1. If you had and underwater car it could crash into sea-life most likely killing the creature it crashes into.
2. Petrol from your car could get into the water polluting the water and ending up killing more sea-life
3. Imagine going swimming but instead of fish you saw huge cars crushing the corals!
4. you might think "Well you could just avoid crashing into things?" well think of when A fish or something accidentally swam in front of our car?
5. Well it would be cool to see all the creatures lurking in the oceans I doubt many would stick around when they see a car, and even if you are being careful other might not be.
6. your car could be crushed by water pressure and imagine crashing you would drown!

REASONS NOT TO GET OR HAVE A FLYING CAR:

1. Same as the reasons for not getting a underwater car, you could crash into bird life planes and more!
2. Petrol could pollute the air you breath start killing trees and nature and then soon all animals that live on earth.
3. If you crashed your car or it breaks down you have a high chance of starting a forest fire.
4. cars would block up the sky and lots of light would be blocked out, this would not be good for crops trying to grow.
5. It may be cool to go anywhere you want but have you thought about air traffic? a crash in the sky could kill you!
6. Your car could be crushed by the pressure of the air.

These are my thoughts on this. Though if I had to chose I would choose underwater!
What would you pick or explain why you wouldn't pick either?

Maddy.
